Software · Storefronts · Automation

Tools that fit the business you already run.

I build the small, specific software that off-the-shelf products can't quite do — internal tooling, Shopify storefronts, and automation for businesses whose work doesn't fit a template.

01

One book of business, instead of four spreadsheets

A 1,200-household insurance agency in Southern California was tracking its book across a carrier system, a CRM, and exports that never quite agreed. I built the reconciliation layer that merges them into a single household index — every policy, its carrier, its renewal date, and who owns the relationship — plus the dashboards the team actually opens in the morning.

A bricks storefront that runs on eBay stock

My own shop, on Shopify: alt-brick lots pulled from bins and weighed by the kilo, plus watches bought, serviced, and flipped by reference. Every card hands off to the real eBay or Chrono24 listing, so the storefront is the catalogue and the marketplace stays the till — one inventory behind both. Custom Liquid on a theme I wrote, no page builder, no app subscriptions.

Earlier, on a near-zero budget: a thirty-SKU wholesale tool catalog for a small business, built as custom Liquid on stock Dawn. The business has since closed and the storefront is archived — which is the argument for owning the code rather than renting six subscriptions.

CRM Lite — a CRM for people who sell in three places at once

Built for wholesale and online sellers running eBay, Amazon, and a weekend route out of the same inventory. Contacts, pipeline, and email sequences in one desktop app, with live updates pushed to every machine and mail sent from the seller's own domain. Currently in private beta.

How this works

Scope in writing first

What gets built, what it costs, and when it ships — agreed before any code. No hourly surprises.

You own it

Code, domain, and accounts stay in your name. Nothing is held hostage by a subscription.

No per-seat fees

The point of custom software is that it doesn't charge you again every time you hire someone.
